The Consultant, the Coach, the Client and the Learner
Workshop content
Do you work in the helping professions? A teacher? A Coach? A Consultant? Are you always aware of the wants and needs of the parties involved in the projects you work on?
In this workshop we will be exploring the psychological contract between the stakeholders of a project – what we need to consider at the Administrative, Professional and Psychological levels. This is about managing expectations and sometimes, “naming the elephant in the room”!
Supervision is one way of bringing the unconscious into our awareness. It helps us to see where we are discounting and helps us to identify options for action. Every two-day TTAG workshop has supervision sessions as part of the programme. Added to the theory input and experiential exercises, the process of supervision sheds light on areas of “stuckness” enabling us to make choices.
Come along to this two day workshop and gain some insight!
This workshop relates to the Professional Interventions and Core Themes modules
of the ICDTA Certificate in Developmental Transactional Analysis and the and counts towards the MSc in Professional Development (DTA)
