When people are not working well together, they do not really know what is expected of them and they do not communicate effectively.
Team coaching is a way of unlocking potential – getting agreement on what is needed, what the objectives are and how the whole team will work together to achieve those objectives.

What is a team coaching programme?
A minimum of three one-day workshops where desired outcomes are declared from the outset and individuals are encouraged to be open and honest about their strengths and how they can work together to improve overall performance.
Session aims:
This programme will enable participants to:
• Understand the impact their communication style has on others
• Identify strengths and how to complement others
• Gain agreement about working methods and lines of communication
• Analyse and problem solve
• Agree a positive action plan
