Are you a Hurry Up? Someone who is productive, quick, juggling 3 deadlines at once?  Not got much time for detail, listening or for those people who you see as pedantic, splitting hairs, slowing you down?  How about separating out the positive qualities: being conscious of time, looking at ways to be more effective, having a good work ethic and make sure you stay out of the negatives: irritation with people, not planning but reacting, not listening to others?  Hurry Ups have a great attitude from an organisational point of view - they work hard and they could work smarter by being grounded, conscious about actions and from time to time ...... slowing down to smell the roses!  Much less stressful for themselves - and others.

Those with Be Strong working style are calm in a crisis, level-headed, task-focussed with a good work ethic and a strong sense of duty and integrity. They can also bottle up their feelings until sometimes the body gives up and succombs to illness in order to get you to rest.  Be Strongs do not like to ask for help, seeing it as a sign of weakness and expect to cope with everything so do not share their feelings. Wake up Be Strongs!  Smell the roses!  Take some time to connect at a feelings level with those you care about - before they decide that you don't!
