About Triangle Partnership Lynda Tongue Bsc, DTM, FCIPD, PTSTA (O) Director, Triangle Partnership
I work closely with organisations to help them solve problems and create a culture where people can contribute positively and receive recognition, and I am passionate about unlocking potential, encouraging a positive attitude and increasing employee engagement.
I have worked with a wide variety of organisations in a consultancy capacity since 1990 including private companies, local authorities, professional services and public bodies.
I have followed a rigorous course of development and accreditation, and among other interventions, I am now qualified internationally to teach Transactional Analysis concepts and to give supervision to trainers, coaches, managers, youth workers – in fact anyone in the helping professions.
I am part of a network of Associates and can call on a number of highly skilled specialists to handle any size of project. All the Associates abide by and are regulated by the Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis (www.instdta.org). As such, they subscribe to a Code of Ethics and work to high professional standards.
I gained my Certified Transactional Analyst (Organisational) status in 2007, and my Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst status in 2008, and specialise in the Organisational field. I am one of a very small number of consultants working in the UK and abroad with this qualification, and I have also set up a TA training group for those interested in developing themselves and teaching TA to others (TTAG). I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.
