Lynda and Mike Tongue are Directors in Triangle Partnership, a specialist learning and development consultancy based in the South West of England.

Lynda is Consulting Partner and Mike is the Financial Partner.

Lynda specialises in the areas of individual and organisational development. Since 1991 she has been working as a consultant with all levels of management and staff, across public and private sectors. She believes that the skills and talents of many people lie untapped and finds enormous satisfaction in working with individuals to unlock their true potential.

Lynda is a BA (Hons) graduate, and she also holds a Diploma in Training Management. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and also a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Organisational Learning (ITOL).

Lynda is a Certified Transactional Analyst (Organisational field), and is also a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst. She has run workshops on the organisational applications of Transactional Analysis (TA) in the USA, the Ukraine and Romania and teaches the TA framework at all organisational levels in the UK within management development programmes.

Lynda underpins the Leadership Development programmes she delivers with the framework of tools and techniques rooted in Developmental Transactional Analysis (DTA) (click here). In her many years of working with organisations she has found her programmes to have a long lasting learning effect, bringing about real changes in behaviour.

Leadership Development Programmes
Lynda’s delivery offers far more than standard leadership training – she offers participants a chance to enhance their leadership intelligence. Leaders hold the keys to organisational culture and success, and they achieve success through other people. Lynda delivers a flexible modular programme which invites the curious to learn about the psychological processes behind human behaviour within the contexts of leadership, communication, performance management and coaching.

Coaching
Lynda works one to one with individuals to enable them to see where they might be getting in their own way, to come up with options for solutions and action plans to put new ideas into practice.

Triangle Transactional Analysis Academy
Lynda has a passion for teaching the tools of Developmental Transactional Analysis to those who want to use it in their careers to support others.

Trainers, Coaches, Consultants, Facilitators, Mediators, Social Workers – in fact anybody in the helping professions.

TA 101 introductory workshops - an introduction to TA tools, techniques and ethos which is internationally accredited.

Train the Trainer: a programme which encompasses the TA 101, and teaches trainers some core concepts in depth so that they can teach others. Supervision sessions are built into the programme.

Certificate in Business Coaching – designed for professionals who want to develop competence as coaches within a business context.

Successful graduation from this programme will lead to a Practitioner Certificate in Business Coaching awarded by The International Centre for Business Coaching and will enable participants to apply for accreditation with the International Coach Federation through the portfolio application route.

Supervision - an extremely effective form of continuous professional development. It is ethical practice for those involved in the development of others, and leads to a significant increase in self-awareness.
