My name is Lynda Tongue, and I am the founder of Triangle Partnership.
I run a small specialist consultancy, based in the South West of England. I teach the tools of Developmental Transactional Analysis (click here)by running Transactional Analysis (TA) 101 workshops (internationally accredited introduction to Transactional Analysis) on a public basis, and by teaching TA concepts on in-house programmes such as Leadership and Personal development.

TA 101 public workshops based in Devon and London Two day workshops giving an introduction to TA tools, techniques and ethos.
TA for Training Consultants A Train the Trainer programme which encompasses the TA 101, and teaches trainers the concepts in depth so that they can teach others. Supervision sessions are built into the programme.
Supervision What is it? Supervision is an extremely effective form of continuous professional development. It is ethical practice for those involved in the development of others, and leads to a significant increase in self-awareness.
Consultancy If you are serious about developing the individuals and teams that work in your company, but feel you are not of the right size to employ a Training Manager, then Triangle Partnership could provide you with the solution.
Leadership Programmes (TA4Work) Triangle Partnership has designed and developed a four-day (2 x 2 day modules) programme which is a blend of personal and leadership development, based on the tools of Transactional Analysis. It has had enormous success in both the private and public sectors, and delivers long lasting learning. In addition to the core programme, additional two day modules on Appraisals, Coaching and Dealing with Difficult People are also available.
