For guidance, this sort of developmental programme, which can be aimed at any management level, is usually conducted in two day modules, and could cover the following areas:

We offer in-built coaching sessions and the opportunity to bolt-on additional modules and coaching clinics. Participants are introduced to Developmental Transactional Analysis (DTA) which is a powerful psychological tool for change and understanding human behaviour.
