Do you wait to start a project until you think you can do it perfectly?  Does that get in the way of you starting?  Take a deep breath ... breath out - and take a chance!  Be Perfects take note!

There is an interesting aspect of human behaviour, where sometimes, we can overdo our strengths, so that they become weaknesses.

Are you more invested in the struggle, than you are in success?  Do you try hard but somehow success is always just out of reach?  Solution - chunk the task down into manageable pieces, celebrate success when each chunk is achieved!  Know that you will succeed and affirm your success daily.

Do you lead teams or groups?  Do you coach people who do?

A new supervision group, based in Torquay is being launched this year with the next date being 27 April.  If you are a coach, facilitator, trainer, or consultant then you are probably already aware of the benefits of supervision.  Due to the process of discounting, we do not always see for ourselves what is blocking us or the client, or something we are not taking account of in the process.  Bringing our work to supervision is the professional way to solve problems and to make sure we are not getting in the clients way!

Contracting: ask for what you want, knowing the answer may be no.  Ask others what they want from you and check out if that is okay with you.  What might sabotage your success?  What do you need to address? What do you need to pay attention to?
