Triangle Partnership

Triangle Partnership is a specialist learning and development consultancy which began life in 1991, under the name of Lynda Tongue Associates.

We design, develop and deliver training programmes for organisations in the public and private sectors, and for all levels of participants.

We also offer individual and team coaching, supervision of coaches and managers and action learning sets.

Lynda Tongue PTSTA (Organisational), BA, FCIPD is a founding Partner of Triangle Partnership. Lynda is a BA (Hons) graduate, and she also holds a Diploma in Training Management. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and also a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Organisational Learning (ITOL).

Lynda is a Certified Transactional Analyst (Organisational field), and is also a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst. She has run workshops on the organisational applications of Transactional Analysis (TA) in the USA, the Ukraine, Romania and Poland and teaches the TA framework at all organisational levels in the UK within management development programmes.

Mike Tongue Bsc Civil Engineering is a also a Partner and while his professional experience of the last 35 years has been in the construction industry, he is now turning his attention to the financial and daily management of Triangle.
