This 21-day programme, delivered in nine two-day modules, and three one days of supervision, is designed for professionals who want to develop competence as coaches within a business context.

Successful graduation from this programme will lead to a Practitioner Certificate in Business Coaching and will enable participants to apply for accreditation with the International Coach Federation through the portfolio application route. To graduate from the programme participants must attend all of the modules and supervision days.

This programme will teach coaching from a systems-psychodynamic perspective and offer a rich blend of practical skills development and robust psychological theory.

The programme is designed to take participants beyond technique and help them to develop their unique signature presence as a coach.
