For those of you who like to get your continuing professional development planned in advance, I thought it would be a good idea to tell you about plans for the future.

The dates for the Triangle TA Group (TTAG) are already on the website for 2010 – 11. TTAG is for those who are interested in learning more about the organisational application of Transactional Analysis. It is a supportive group where theory is learnt and applied through exercises and supervision sessions and related to personal and professional practice. And we have fun, while we are learning to unhook ourselves!

I am working on delivering a Train the Trainer programme which will be delivered in modules and will be a place where trainers can come to learn how to deliver sessions on Transactional Analysis to their groups. The emphasis will be very much on providing a safe learning space where having learnt the theory, participants will practice by running sessions and getting feedback from their colleagues. Supervision sessions will also be available.

In 2011, I will also be running a Certificate in Business Coaching using the applied psychology techniques and tools of Transactional Analysis. So if you are planning to start your own business, or if you are currently coaching but need some personal development to get you to the next level, this programme could be for you.
